Blueprint Hockey - Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing via email to blueprinthockey@hotmail.com - Cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to camp start date, and will be refunded less a $60 administration fee. ► Cancellations less than 30 days prior to camp start date will receive a credit toward future Blueprint Hockey camps/clinics, valid for our next camp.► No refunds or credits issued for voluntary withdrawal, no-shows, or the expulsion from camp.► Injuries and illness, with a valid letter from your physician, will receive a credit toward a future Blueprint Hockey program, less a $60 administration fee.► If Blueprint Hockey cancels any program for any reason other than acts of God, a full refund will be issued.
